SENATE BILL 205

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 12, strike "LOCAL COUNCILS OF GOVERNMENT" and insert in lieu thereof "REGIONAL PLANNING ORGANIZATIONS".

    2. On page 1, lines 17 and 18, strike "One million dollars ($1,000,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "Four million four hundred thousand dollars ($4,400,000)".

    3. On page 1, line 20, strike "years" and insert in lieu thereof "year" and strike "2025" and insert in lieu thereof "subsequent fiscal years".

    4. On page 1, line 20, strike "local councils of government" and insert in lieu thereof "regional planning organizations".

    5. On page 1, line 24, before "fiscal", insert "a", strike "2025" and after "shall", insert "not".
